Wedding Cakes

For our Wedding Cakes we offer a choice of Fruit or Sponge Cake tiers, with white or ivory icing. Tiers come in 3 sizes so you can mix and match or choose just one tier for a more intimate Wedding Celebration.

Tailor the cake size to match your requirements with individual fruit and all-butter sponge tiers. Please note you can put a sponge cake on top of a fruit cake but a fruitcake would be too heavy to put on top of a sponge tier.

Each tier can come on its own silver cake board and can be stacked using pillars and dowel rods between each layer to give that traditional Wedding Cake look or for something a little more contemporary the layers can be placed directly on top of each other before we hand finish the decorations.

Sponge cakes can be eaten up to 3 days after collection
Sponge cake weights: Medium 650g, Large 1.35kg, Extra large 2.01kg
Medium cake (24 portions): Diam 15.5cm, Cake board Diam 20.5cm
Large cake (54 portions): Diam 22.5cm, Cake board Diam 27.1cm
Extra large cake (66 portions): Diam 27.5cm, Cake board Diam 31.1cm

Fruit cakes can be eaten up to 10 days after collection
Fruit cake weights: Medium 1.45kg, Large 2.6kg, and Extra large 3.80kg
Height of each cake: 5.5cm

We need 21 to 30 days notice for Sponge Tiers and 45 to 60 days notice for Fruit Tiers.

Birthday/Occasion Cakes

Our Birthday and Occasion Cakes come in all shapes and sizes from Dr Who’s Daleks to a Hawaiian Party Cake complete with Grass Skirt!

Normally a 10inch Round or Square Sponge Cake with butter icing filling and covered in soft fondant icing with hand crafted decorations and a personalised message would cost about £35.00.

Each cake is hand crafted and designed to our clients request or idea or chosen from our original range of designs and is priced accordingly.

We need at least 10 days notice and our Sponge cakes can be eaten up to 4 days after collection.
